When can I reach Customer Care?
Inner Soul Technologies, can be contacted during normal business hours, 12pm (noon) – 12am (midnight), 7 days a week, PST. However, often staff and the owners are around throughout various off hours and may respond back to for Support and Client tickets during off scheduled hours.

How long does it take to receive orders?
- (All Quantum Pendants) + (All Quantum Plates & Manifestation Products)! ~ Please Allow From 3 Days – 14 Days… For Your Pendant / Plate / Manifestation Product To Be Uniquely Produced For You! ~ If we can get it out to you sooner… then we will most definitely do so! :) ~ Shipping takes approximately an additional 7 days to ship to you.
~ Comes with a tracking number!
- All Other Products: Typically Ship Out Within 4 Days! ~ Comes with a tracking number!
- Customs Clearance: Customs can delay shipping. The average processing time for Customs is up to 5 business days. ~ 99% of the time customs delay is not an issue whatsoever. ~ Other times they can delay packages for a week or more. Rarely, one out of several hundred orders a package will vanish at Customs. If this happened to your order contact us for reshipment.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
Shipping, handling and packaging is free for north america! ~ A Minimum Purchase Requirement of $100 for: International Locations, Outside of North America. – A small shipping fee maybe requested, if your order is under $100, and you are ordering from outside of north america.
Once your order is ready, we will ship it out promptly… We have all tracking numbers on file… Please contact us if you would like your tracking number.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or product, you may return the item, in the original package within 30 days after receiving the product, for a refund of the full purchase amount. ~ (Please Note) ~ Due to the experimental nature of the “Advanced Quantum Matrix Manifestation Plate!” we currently do not offer the 30 day money back guarantee on the Advanced Quantum Matrix Manifestation Products! ~ This Includes The Quantum Link Manifestation Amplifier Plate / & / The Advanced Quantum Matrix Manifestation Plate / All Sales Are Final For Those Two Items. – In addition to this, All quantum energy power plates returned, will endure a 30% re-stocking fee. ” Excluding receiving a damaged quantum plate”. All other returned products, will receive a full 100% product price refund.
How do I make a return?
If it has been within 30 days of receiving the product, please contact us and let us know that you would like to process a return, which we will promptly respond. Refunds for returns will be processed within 7 business days after the date we receive your return.
The response email will include our return address and other shipping details included.
How do I find out the status of my return?
By this point you would have already been on contact with us. Please be sure to check your previous emails. If you didn’t receive the information or you can’t locate it, simply contact us back and we will gladly let you know the status.
What about Duties and Taxes?
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspections, thus duties and taxes in accordance with your countries laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Inner Soul Technologies does not benefit or collect these fees during the checkout process.

What if the item is lost or damaged or isn’t the correct item?
Please, contact us as soon as possible if this happens so we can correct it, at no charge. Be sure to include what the issue is and your name so we can look your account up.
Can I modify or stop my current order?
If it has been within these 3 days of your order then please contact us now to request your change.
Can I exchange an item with another?
Only if the product is exchanged for a product of equal value or great value with the difference paid, along with any shipping costs. If you would like to process an exchange, please contact us.
What are your pendants made of?
A custom polymer resin that is both weather and impact resistant, while being easy to clean and very light weight.
Do you offer gift cards?

What type of payment methods do you offer?
Currently use the mighty (PayPal) ~ Which allows you to purchase with every major credit card!
Can I pay with cash, money order, or personal check?
Will you be adding other payment methods?
In the future, yes.
When will I be billed for my order?
When the transaction is completed PayPal will debit the money instantly and then falls into the PayPal rules for protection.
How do I update my email or account details?
Simply contact us and let us know what your old details are so we can verify the account. Then simply tell us what you would like your new information to be updated with.
My Shopping Cart Is Not Working!
If you added something to your cart! ~ And It is not allowing you to check out? ~ Then remove all items from your cart! ~ update the cart! ~ So no items remain inside! ~ Then start over… that should fix it! ~ If not? ~ Then please contact us.
I have purchased a product from your website previously! ~ However It no longer on your website! ~ How can I get the description & information, for my previous product?
